Email Routing Reply From OutLook:

Heya! From cloudflare I have my email routed to my outlook to receive all message's from my cloudflare domain email. Work's great. The issue, is I wanna be able to reply with that email @justjordan.xyz how would i be able to do that via outlook? I know how to do it through Gmail but not in outlook.

Search in the #email-routing channel. Cloudflare email routing is inbound only. Unless you pay a provider for the outbound email service, your @gmail.com or @outlook.com email address will be in the header of any email you send.

Ah, good luck, I'm sure you can find an Outlook how to guide somewhere on the internet. But just know, that your @outlook email address will be in the header for any email you send.

It's possible, and likely possible in Outlook. I just don't have any instructions for you. But, there are deliverability implications with that type of workaround; and just know your underlying email address will be present in the email headers for mail you send (Gmail & any similar setup). Someone here might have some easy guide for you to follow. But searching in #email-routing might give you some more answers. There's a thread in there and other discussions.

They're using Gmail's SMTP Service, there's some guides/info out there, although you always fail SPF with it which can end up with your emails going to spam. You could find a proper email sending service like ses/smtp go and I assume outlook would let you send out through it like gmail would. If you want a more proper custom email solution there's better options like Fastmail/protonmail, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, free options people have talked about before like Zoho Mail (which is free for one custom domain). I wouldn't trust Email Routing with any mail that is important to receive unless you have full control over the destination to stop it from spamming/dropping forwarded mail, forwarding mail is bleh.
