Vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings
So I am trying to play valorant after taking a year break from the game I download the game again load into then i get an error which says "vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings, so I decide to research on how to fix this which makes me find riot games' support page telling me to turn on safety boot in the bios, I go into my bios to try and enable safety boot but on trying to enable it I get a message "secure boot can be enabled when system in user mode. Repeat operation after enrolling platform key (PK)" i try to search what the issue is and realise that my system mode state is in setup.
Does anyone know how I can fix all of this
my system specifications are
ASRock B367M Pro4
Intel core i5-9400F
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
