help with pants sizing that have low crotch
hi I am seeking a pair of baggy pant to go with this hoodie. here are the measurements for the pant attached as well. (They are some famous Japanese pant or something idk…)

I am a waist 32 so I am considering size small. Not sure to size down or not but don’t think it’s necessary

Length looks like it doesn’t vary much
don’t size down. pants have belt loops (usually) for a reason
