shorter guy, longer drapes
Hey fellas,
With fall closing in and temperatures about to get cooler in eastern Canada, I was thinking of pieces to layer over my chunkier wool shirts without breaking the bank.
At 5'6, sometimes longer pieces make me look like I'm wrapped in a blanket. Recently, I came across this le 31's open cardigan. It's made out of viscose fabric so it should be good in the 10-20C temp range, before I actually have to break out chunkier jackets/coats.
Thoughts about buying one in green, like in the picture, to match with say, brown corduroy pants, a beige-ish wool shirt and black oxfords? Thinking of using it as a piece to casual down my outfits.

can't determine the way the colors would work without pictures of the garments. in a void, sure, sounds fine.
I could go take a pic with it on tomorrow or so. Overall though, think it'd be a versatile piece?
Actually, here are the other items

Maybe something a bit greener...
maybe an og-107 shirt? length is less of an issue, it's likely going to be olive and you can wear it year-round by adding or subtracting layers
I kid you not, I was just looking at army surplus stores lol. That's a great suggestion!!
