Map built on server loads wrong only on server but works on singleplayer
I run a dedicated modded server on my own separate desktop machine and have been for the past 2 months building a modpack and server. The modpack is now in a stable version where I make no changes to it, but am now creating a map for the server experience which includes using all the mods included to decorate and build.
I have had no issues with the server, zero error logs that are relevant to this issue (ones that are from EasyNPC which is basically expected because of how it runs in a server environment and have seen these errors for months with no issue) Yesterday I shutdown the server to handle desktop updates and other sidework as I always have with the stop command in the terminal and then letting it handle the closing of all windows. When I booted on the server this evening and joined from my machine, the blocks had been replaced with different ones from when I left and was experiencing severe lag which has not been an issue at all for the last 3 weeks I have been connecting each day and playing for hours with multiple shutdowns and reboots.
I did some research online to make sure I wasn't missing anything basic and tried the following with no success.
1, Made a backup of the server map and opened on my machine, the screenshots will show what it looks like on my machine when opened in singleplayer and it is all correct
2, deleted the world file and replaced while server was shutdown, no change
3, rebooted the whole desktop server machine, no change
4, started check of file corruption using SFC scan, awaiting results
5, created a completely new minecraft server on a separate hard drive with the server properties folder, mods folder, config folder and world folder; no change
6, created a completely new minecraft server with a newer forge version (details below) with above files/folders, no change

SOLVED:
Found that there was an accidental mod update on my client that reorganized the block IDs. I reverted to an a previous version on my client and with a fresh modpack, and server build but same map and deleted my player data, everything is working again as it should. I believe the problem is I am using Better Compatibility Checker which overrides the internal minecraft server checker which caused the issue.
