I just got my account locked until 8/11/24 because i had no choice but to leave an unrated match to go see my grandma, can someone please cancel it, this isnt fair at all
Im hoping this is american date because i dont wanna be locked out of the game till november.

I worded it wrong
The penalty system is good and useful, but its way too harsh
I didnt really even have much penalties, i just got reported, and being reported makes it more severe
if you keep afking the penalties increase
if you just afk once in a while you just recieve a warning :ajshrug:

technical issues can occur, but if they keep happening frequently, there is something wrong

My internet is normally fine, but its every now and again that i just have a sudden internet problem, its not predictable and not frequent
if its not frequent why does it ban you for 1 week straight
But today i admit i left a match purposefully, but it was because i had to leave to my grandmas on sudden notice, unwarned before the game started
