50 is way better than a 40 bc it takes too much candies
I rather wait until someone actually has a lv 50 bc level 40 isn’t that good to buy instantly so i agree with @Grosslerubzzz

People have less 50 than 40s nobody going to waste all the time leveling up a lvl 40 rayquaza when it takes too much stardust and candies it would take like months or even a year bc the only you can get candy is rare candy or walking with buddy you actually think that someone is going to give a rarer pokemon than your shiny rayquaza thats a lv 40 what a waste
