What would u fix it here?(Like in UI )

here is a copy that i tried to make from my react app not the best version

2 initial thoughts:
- 1 row per input makes it much simpler for the eye to follow.
- make the labels the same width so that the inputs are vertically aligned.
I'd use <section> and <h2> (assuming an <h1> before the form) to divide the inputs into at least two (maybe three?) with "Contact information", "Institution", "Courses".
And make sure to mark (write out) mandatory fields clearly.
