7 days ban because of my pc crashing
I’ve already got banned for 10m because of my bad internet connection, but since I got a better one, I’ve wanted to play ranked, I start a game and after 3 round my pc crashed (got a slow pc) I ‘ve managed to get back but it was already 11-3, after the game I go. 7 days queue ban, I made an ticket to riot and I was wandering if they could cancel it or not

i dont think they will unban you, since the ban is correctly applied. the system doesnt diff between leaving on purpose / technical issues / etc

Thanks guys, and do y’all know how much time does it take to riot to manage a ticket (in eu at least)
it can be a few hours to like 3 days depends on how many people have tickets open, im guessing itll take a while for now tho
