i went to valo support for help and they replied and told me the issue i am having but i had some questions and i asked them but i got no reply should i make a new ticket

Yes, but im curious what question did you have?
u see they said i have windows 10 even tho i told them i use 11 so i asked them if they had mistaken me for someone else
so as a result i didnt use the method they told me to use to fix my issue
but i never i got a reply

yeah i think its because of the windows you're using
theres a type of win 11 that doesnt work with val
i have win 11 pro
and its been working properly for the past 8 months

Open Windows Firewall:
Press Win + R, type control panel, and hit Enter.
Navigate to System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall.
Allow an App or Feature:
Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall on the left-hand menu.
Ensure that VALORANT and Riot Client are allowed through both private and public networks.
Add Exceptions Manually:
If the above step doesn't work, try adding the exceptions manually.
Go to Advanced settings, click Inbound Rules, and New Rule....
Select Program, then browse for your VALORANT.exe and RiotClientServices.exe files, and allow them.
that is the same thing support told me to do
and i tried and it doesnt work
