i lag so hard on ps5 and i freeze and it says high ping and network but my wifi is fine any other game and my ping shouldnt be high because the server is fine. how do i fix

what servers do you play on?
When playing on console it requires a good and stable internet. I can play fortnite perfectly fine on my XBOX until I run valorant ith 5K ping
