Usually if that happens the computer is forced to boot back in bios
His just quit on him
His mobo BIOS up to date and windows recognizes TPM
he has dual boot win 10 & 11 for whatever reason

isnt that just for installing windows 11 without tpm
you cant actually play valorant on win11 without tpm 2.0 unless riot themselves lift the need to
since the vanguard for win 11 requires tpm 2.0
