What cpu and gpu do you have sir?

It’s most likely that you have a relatively older cpu
But I believe you can overclock it in bios to make it perform better
high memory usage is normal afaik but that cpu usage, not really sure abt that
im not that knowledgeable but prob ur low fps is because of the high cpu usage
what might cause that? google it

I use Razer game booster. Can’t send a link but you can find with a Google
Don’t overclock, probably just cluttered os with a bunch of crap
You have a ton of processes that could slow down your computer
You should typically limit the apps in the background
Why is ur anti malware service using 2GB or ram, that is not normal
