Annual renewal didn't work on domains
Hello, I'm on the Pro plan, the firsts automatic payments failed so I manually paid the invoce. But the payment didn't update the plan that still set to free. I can't open a ticket bcs I'm not on pro plan even if i paid. Any help ?

So you had a Pro plan, renewal failed and your website got reverted to free, and you then paid after and your plan didn't change?

Correct, oh my bad tried with tecnical problem but couldn't, writing one as billing ticket
