The reason why something exists or does not exist usually has to do with thermodynamics or kinetics. So it must be one of those things. In this case, if XCF 7 is there, then it will break down and give you something else like XCF 6 and XCF 4 or something like that. These are hypothetical things, see online.

yes, it is not stable, thermodynamically gives xef6, read jd lee :D it would be under Xe compounds (group 18)
