New Records added to Cloudflare-managed domain not being picked up by *any* DNS lookup services afte
I'm trying to help a client repoint their cloudlflare managed domain to a new website hosted on kinsta. I added a cname and txt record to start the process of verifying the domain for connection with kinsta, but I'm not seeing these records appear on any lookup service I use. I tried added a separate test txt record to see if that would get picked up, but nothing seems to be.
I know propagation takes time, but normally the validation process for records connecting a domain has been minutes and not hours. Is there some CLoudflar behaviour or setting I'm not accounting for?

What's the domain and records? Usually stuff like this ends up being looking up the record wrong, dnssec being setup wrong, or some sort of registrar action like clientHold. If you can share the domain and record that should exist it's easy to tell
