ERROR Cannot start matchmaking

I think I changed something in the settings of my computer (firewall, network connections, security), so when I turn on the game and try to start matching players, I get an ERROR Cannot start matchmaking error. I tried reinstalling the game and when I first started it it worked, but after a reset of the riot client the error returned. Is anyone able to help?

The game loads normalny, but when I'm in valorant and I click play, I can't move between modes, when I try to enter the arena nothing happens, and when I press start this very error pops up

Hmm try this
Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access"

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

Ive tried this before Havent worked but when valo loads it goes black for 1sec and I get a notification on the other monitor with discord that a new audio device has been detected (the very monitor the game loads on) Im using ethernet, so there is no random hardware access
