Am I the only one having lost half of my FPS and in game performance since the last update?

I have intel Core i9-12900, 32Go on RAM and an Nvidia GeForce 4070 SUPER 12Go.

I got some Super Lag Spike 💀
with an Rtx 4080

i will go down to 20 fps time to time
and then 130+ fps
do u have any advice?
