Bought a few items from Uniqlo, and I require a fit check 3/3

Some general stuff and loads of basic t-shirts This is the last one where I have some general questions, and no new pictures. Another gallery: https://imgbox.com/g/QIzoJ9KHhR, and here are the direct links: * https://images2.imgbox.com/83/b5/bNHwap3A_o.jpeg (with all the Uniqlo chino pants I had some problems closing this second button. Is this normal? I must just lack some finger dexterity because otherwise the waist size 34 seems fine) * https://images2.imgbox.com/58/10/XsGNbpdY_o.jpeg (This Oshi no Ko print unfortunately looks terribly I didn't even bother unboxing it, and trying it on) * https://images2.imgbox.com/13/05/WfGhfcij_o.jpeg (Here are the boatload of basic t-shirts I mentioned earlier) What do you think of the colors? Are there any I should return? I bought multiples, of, e.g., the white one.) My questions 1. Should I keep the Uniqlo chino pants over the Jack & Jones, and Tom Tailor ones? 2. Especially if you don't watch anime, what do you think about the t-shirts with a print? Can I go out with (some of) those or should I return them all? 3. Should I keep all those t-shirts or return some? 4. Should I keep all those linen shirts (53% linen & 47% cotton) or return some? Thanks for making it so far, this is thread 3/3. I'll be real, I have a hard time following this through three different threads

I finally linked the first and second thread. Unfortunately I hit the char limit to post everything in one thred. First thread: https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1268572200223510580 Second thread: https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1268573078171025450 I linked in in the first thread: https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1268572200223510580 Sorry, I hit the char limit.

Sorry to be honest I'm not going to read through this the way you formatted it. Can I suggest making a single thread to exposé your dilemma, embed one photo from each option in discord directly, not an external link, and then include your supplemental material as comments to that thread if needed

I tried to post it to reddit.com/r/malefashionadvice initially but it got instaly removed by automod. Then I tried to post everything in one post, and I hit the char limit, and the picture limit (even though every picture is hosted on imgbox.com). I'll look into it though.

we aren't on /r/malefashionadvice anymore most of the original active users have migrated here

Yeah, that's what someone told me. Apparently all the mods are inactive there, and automod seems to delete everything that isn't from an approved user or auto mod itself (like the daily threads).

we know, we're the mods who dropped from the sub and left automod to die

broadly - uniqlo > jack & jones > tom tailor but i would get a less slim fit depending on what you choose to wear them with - graphic tees are an inherently personal form of expression so while I don't necessarily fw them my opinion is just that of one person - whether you choose to keep or sell them is up to you; they all fit a touch big but if they're uniqlo they'll likely shrink when washing so it's no big deal - the linen shirts are fine MORE IMPORTANTLY i would think through what exactly you want out of your clothes - what kind of style do you want to have, how do you want to feel, what are you going to be doing in them if it's still t-shirts and chinos that's fine, but it helps to know what you're aiming for so you're not going through the cycle of buying and returning or buying and hating

What do you think about those Uniqlo shirts (From post 3)? I basically bought every color. 😅 (I bought white 5 times) Which ones are most universale, and should I return some? The dark ones are actually navy, dark gray, and black. Although even in person there isn't much difference.

I just mean color wise, or are you talking about my skin tone?

it would be easy for me to say "keep [a, b, c, x, y, z]" but versatility depends on everything else in your wardrobe here's a better question, what colors do you like? ignore anything else about versatility or what the internet says you should wear

on everything else in your wardrobe
I'm kinda getting a new wardrobe, and trashing most of it because It's been too long since I bought new clothes. So I'm looking for some basic shirts before I get deeper into matching outfits. I guess blue is fine? But it doesn't look too good with a blue jeans. I like white as well but I don't want to wear a white shirt every day, that looks like I don't shower.

i acknowledge and recognize that; this can be a long process i encourage you to pause and take a second here if you like the blue shirt pictured, keep it if you want to wear a white shirt every day, that's also good the way people will know if you don't shower is if you smell or look unkempt, not by wearing the same style of t-shirt every day anyone who thinks differently is being judgmental and is not worth taking to heart

I'm probably keeping most of those shirts anyway because I'm cleaning my wardrobe, I got lots of 5-10 year old shirts that are visibly getting old, and should be replaced.

that's also a valid answer keep them all try them on WITH your other clothes on your body see how you look and how you feel in them, rather than guessing based on assumptions

Thanks, I'll do that.

but to be clear it will benefit you greatly to think through what you want so as to be intentional with what you buy

I'll probably return the P&C (Jack & Jones & Tom Tailor) chinos because they are too tight for me, and I'll keep the three uniqlo ones instead. I probably return all the anime shirts, maybe I keep just one (https://www.uniqlo.com/eu/en_AT/product/oshi-no-ko-ut-graphic-t-shirt-473122.html) for the next board game night. 😆 And I'll keep all the Uniqlo shirts.
