False Ban

Good evening fellow Valorant players, I was recently banned on Valorant regarding a VAL or VAN 5 permanent suspension, please note that I do not use any SCRIPTS or THIRD PARTY SOFTWARES. On Monday the 29th I was playing a swiftplay, when I went back to the lobby I got either the VAL or VAN 5 permanent suspension (Forgot to take a screenshot). The closest thing that may be related to my ban is that I changed my mouse mid-game from a Logitech G Pro Wireless to a Glorious Model O Wireless. I do have configurations on these mouse that change my dpi, polling rate, and acctuation sensitivity. I also reinstalled windows due to Malware so I do not have many files or apps on my pc, I have spent hundreds of dollars on my account just to get hardware banned.
