i got 0rr bc my thing wont load in and keep dodging

why wont it load in to the agent selection bro i tried unintalling it and close all the background stuff. it stuck on the map loading page

i won a game immo rr and didnt get awarded for any rr and it didnt show up on my fucking career now im on cooldown for 3 mins
