%player_current_exp% placeholder from the Player expansion via the PAPI plugin should help. You can use ajleaderboards plugin and a placeholder such as this: %ajlb_lb_player_current_exp_<position-number-here>_alltime_name% which outputs the name along with %ajlb_lb_player_current_exp_<position-number-here>_alltime_value% which outputs the value.!solved
