How is Option 3rd wrong , it will give magnitude of Electric Field. the question did not specify anything so it should be right too ? right?

Potential at y will be zero
If you draw the dipole as q and -q,the you can see ki when it's asking for the point directly above the middle
The point is at equal distances from the opposite sign charges which are q and -q
Hence the value of potential will be 0
