U = - of integral of FdT F is torque (cannot find any symbol on keyboad) dT is small angular displacement F is P E sinT (say T is theta) wait I forgor physics I might be wrong

Torque is due to conservative force

yeah any force that is conservative will give rise to a 'field' of its own so you can definte Potential Energy in that force field and that would be - integral Fdx for a generalised case (heavy guess tbh)
