401 Unauthorized on login with email + code
On the login screen - for a few devices, as we enter the email address it return 401 unauthorized while others get the login code in their emails

This sounds like an odd issue.
What SDK (and version) are you using? Are these mobile devices or laptop devices?
Are you able to send over a recording of when a user experiences this 401 error?

me and some users do not have issues logging in and receiving the code but few others do which makes it difficult to find the root cause. those with issues mentioned getting stuck with the loader after they click on continue on the page where they are asked for their email address

Thanks for sharing the details above.
So just to confirm using the email
[email protected] you can login on your device and other faimily device?
But in the situation above, when registering with email [email protected], you get the loader but it doesnt move on?
A recording of the issue would be easier for us to debug further (if possible)?

Would you be able to update your nextJS SDK to the latest version (v2.3.6) and see if this issue still exists?Hi @Oli - Kinde, so with the same email address if used on a different devices, it logs in but on some others it return 401. its confusing because it is a web app and should be the same login config but not sure why it returns a 401 on some devices
the screenshot above is an example of a device login request response of a 401. both emails work on other devices

This does sound like odd behaviour.
I would suggest updating to the latest NextJS version and see if this issue still occurs.
