So I see that we can have 10,000 queues

So I see that we can have 10,000 queues per account enabling easy sharding:
More queues per account - up to 10,000 Developers building on Queues can now create up to 10,000 queues per account, enabling easier per-user, per-job and sharding use-cases. Refer to Limits to learn more about Queues’ current limits.
What is the recommendationf for doing this? Is it a worker-per-tenant situation Or a binding-per-tenant. Are there any resources for these approaches or are they still in progress thanks!

yep you can have 10k queues / acct. I didn't understand your question though, could you rephrase it? Also: if you're running up against the throughput limit currently, could you send me your account ID & queue ID for your primary queue? We're increasing the limits for Queues and I can get you setup with the higher-limit queues this week

Hello, I guess my question is, what is the recommendation for actually getting 10k queues? I have an organization id, I want to give each organization their own queue... but what is the recommendation for achieving this? Is it to use the cloudflare API? Thanks!!
