its likely that the pc you bought was banned or had software that caused you to get banned
you have to create a support ticket in their website and wait for them to solve your issue
make sure to include all the details and evidence
dont need to include personal information but tell them about the used pc and when you bought it

They don't respond to the ticket (the ticket is open)
