I dont really know tbh, Theres geforce experience i guess, Xbox game bar? And probably Hp Omen Hub.
I did add valorant to hp omen hub and ever since then this issue started occurring
try uninstalling hp omen hub

u can try and repair ur valorant if u have not done this before
but usually this error is caused because valorant does not get along with programms for overclocking hardware or proramms which try to change stuff in valorant itself
@Tim I’ve got the same issue aswell, had it fixed for 2 days and it came back😫
