Account transfer

Hi, can I transfer my domain to a new Cloudflare account if I have unpaid invoice on previous one?

I would suggest to pay your invoice first.

It will be fine if this invoice was correct. I canceled r2 subscription but I still receive invoice for it.

@rdm thank you. I am going to try this, but I am afraid that cloudflare can ban my domain. Can it be?

I'm not sure "ban" is the correct word. However, here is the list of potential status codes that any domain registrar (including Cloudflare) can use for any domain in their registry. So, yes, there is a possibility for the domain to stop working https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/epp-status-codes-2014-06-16-en

You should just contact billing support. Not paying the invoices is not smart, and if there’s an error then just let them now.

@Sam I understand that. I have been trying to get in touch with support for 2 month. All my tickets were ended with word: "we forward your problem to Trust team" and as you understood Trust Team does not react( I wrote in Discord with this problem, also created discussion on Cloudflare Community - nothing. Transfer domain to another account is last thing that I want to do. May be you know how to get contact of billing support of Cloudflare?

If the Trust Team is involved, you will have to deal with them and no one here on Discord is going to be able to give you any guidance. I'm not sure why you think there's some magic top secret fix to your complex problem. That isn't the case. The only way to move a domain from one account to another is provided in the documentation link I gave above. And that's assuming the domain hasn't been coded to prevent transfer due to some Trust team action. Sorry, you'll need to follow up with Trust and wait.
