the vsync isn't on
both in the game and on the video card
all games are running at 60fps, whereas in the past they ran at much higher
My Valorant got more than 144 and now it only stays at 60fps

Mange 3D Settings
Max Frame Rate
Turn it off

check in the amd stuff
still on 60fps
either update drivers
or just try to to to device manager
(search it up in Windows)
then display adapters
and try disabling and enabling it
*ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER GRAPHICS CARD (like integrated graphics to process the windows display for the moment) *
