I have the exact same issue.
Discord is showing that i am playing but the quest doesn't make progress wtf
ur screensharing it?
Make sure on your phone or a friends acc it’s saying your playing valorant on discord
Sometimes with console it will put you in offline mode on discord and it won’t track
