Attempting to install KDE but it keeps failing

it's telling me to check my connection even though my phone is already connected. I tried running it again, making sure the permissions were all enabled but nothing changed Before it tells me it's failed, it says this /proc/self/fd/63: line 92: wget: command not found /proc/self/fd/63: line 92: pv: command not found
