Game stuck on start up loading screen

Hi! I haven't played Valorant on this PC in a while (I'd say maybe a year?), so today when I launched my Riot Client I had an update waiting for me. After that, I just found myself stuck on the start up loading screen. I tried restarting, updating my drivers, I made sure that vgc in services.msc was automatic and running. As someone suggested on Reddit to another person, I tried changing the folders' (both VALORANT and Riot Games) names to .OLD in appdata, but that didn't really do much. I also tried F11 while loading because some people have said that worked for them, but it didn't help me. I've been able to launch and play League of Legends freely and without any issues (I don't know if that is of any help or even connected at all, though). I'm genuinely very lost and confused. I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling because it would take a long time, and I would get pissed if that didn't work, as well as having to uninstall Vanguard.. I wouldn't want that to mess up LoL as I'm planning to play that until I get Valorant working. Is there anything else I could try before uninstalling?

Also, if it's of any importance, my game is installed in my D: folder.
