I don't di any harmful activities, don't do cheats, or other harmful things. I didn't install any third party software at all. Why my Account can be suspended?

I have been in gold/silver rank for 1 year. something that wouldn't be possible if I used a third party app. I should have ranked higher than that when using third party apps. In the history of the game, I have lost many times
the anticheat detects other game modifications for other games as well so if u have ever cheated on an other games thats the reason
