answer is a, b, c na edit: removed c
if you remove the H you get a chiral centre and a racemic mixture as the product hence, inactive
its just a and b :/

so yea, tertiary ban sakta hai, primary and also, benzyl. benzyl is most stable
and hence, c will be wrong, a and b are correct
