Trading advice
I've recently caught some lucario s in my alt account and i want to trade them and i have some questions
1 - To trade a shiny lucario with minimal stardust cost does the other account needs to have normal lucario registered or does it need to have previously caught specifically a shiny one ?
2 - Is it worth trading a shundo lucario or is it better if i leave it for later (who knows maybe they ll allow one trade that keeps ivs in the future or something like that ) cuz its pretty useless if it stays on my alt ?

1. Yes, they need to have caught a shiny one for it to be of minimal Stardust a regular one will still be 1 million Stardust.
2. it does not matter either way, because the IVs will change, if you aren’t going to use it, I just say keep it there, because as you said, who knows
