How to install BazziteOS to USB storage?
I'm working on reverse engineering some stuff on my Ayaneo Kun and I need to have both Windows and BazziteOS installed at the same time. Windows MUST be installed to the internal drive so I wanted to install Bazzite to a USB storage device but it doesn't appear in the installer. Is this even possible/anyone know how to make this possible?

do you mean usb storage like flash drive or external storage? i dont think you will have a great time running bazzite off a flash drive and you will definitely shorten its lifespan, if it external storage it should just show up
It's an NVMe drive in a caddy and the drive is disposable. I tried it already and it did not play dice.
does it shows up in windows?
and how are you connecting the drive? using dock?
It shows up on my other Linux laptop and I'm plugging directly into the handheld.
if you run lsblk in tty what does it detect?
I just rebooted it and the disk appeared... wat.
I tried it on KVM instead of doing it directly on the device and it worked. How very peculiar.
Now lets just hope it boots on the handheld as well.
I previously had Windows on the USB drive and Bazzite installed directly but USBPCap breaks Windows To Go.
