I think insurance also gets involved, right? At which point, wouldn't they consider it insurance fraud if you are taking it from multiple jobs?
There is no insurance involved in FMLA
FMLA is just a law that says if you have a qualifying medical event, you are entitled to an unpaid leave of absence and you can't be fired
