Is Winexp bannable
I keep hearing that winexp is bannable but not bannable so I don't know which one it is and I want it to be confirmed not bannable

unlikely but it’s a 3rd party software you could still be false banned

although its very unlikely that you can appeal that ban, still vanguard did detect the 3rd party program
