Were im at there is an invisible structure over the ocean that you can crash into i dont think its supposed to be here

Not invisible, custom maps that can take awhile to load depending on your hardware. Red Dead Desert etc as an example.

Complete custom maps that are rather large. Either upgrade your pc, give it time, or type /preload.
