Valorant meet Requirements but I'm unable to load a game?

I've been having issues regarding loading into a match my current specs are as followed below. I've been able going to practice ranges and going inside the menus just fine. After adjusting every settings to the lowest settings possible I'm still unable to get inside a game as it just freezes as the match found 0 in the countdown. Does my system just doesn't meet the requirement or what?
