There is no syntax for it. You can only set a default permission a user needs for the command.

Other than that, server admins configure everything else in the server settings.

go to your guild's settings (on discord), integrations, select your bot, select your command and you can modify the roles that can use it there what she meant was that you can't do that from your code or at least not the "regular" way, you'd need oauth
