there is noneyou can limit the permissions

There is no syntax for it. You can only set a default permission a user needs for the command.
but not roles
Other than that, server admins configure everything else in the server settings.
but i saw another guilds
for a huge community server only admin level commands display only role members

go to your guild's settings (on discord), integrations, select your bot, select your command and you can modify the roles that can use it there
what she meant was that you can't do that from your code
or at least not the "regular" way, you'd need oauth
