Is there a way to talk to a person on Cloudflare?
I subscribed by mistake to an Business plan last Saturday and since then I have been trying to contact someone at cloudflare to withdraw this plan change, but no response in the ticket created, no way to talk to a person... it's a bit frustrating.
My last resource will be dispute the charge in my credit card 😦

Business has access to live chat. Have you tried using that?
Yes I tried, I tried to use all combinations possible... the chat is not like accessible for you having a business account (I thought it would be too), the chat is only for a few types of issues you would have, I guess payment is not one of them...

this is not a customer complaint server but a community server, if you have a problem with cloudflare staff then take it up with them
