he meant that u write the chap name in the thread's name and btw this doesnt look like a work energy power ques, it looks more like a rotational kinematics ques - just differentiate the angular displacement function wrt time once to get angular velocity w at that time (w=1 rad/s) then put v = wr to get the radius of the wheel (r=1.55m) then differentiate that function once again (basically differentiate w again) to get angular acceleration and multiply it by radius to get total acceleration a = 0.618 m/s^2 check the answer im bad with calculations
