Cloudflared tunnel to expose an entire range of ports on a private network

How can I expose an entire range of ports on my Oracle Compute Instance? What do you think is the best way? I've already tried using tunnels and routing to the subnet IP/CIDR 10.0.0.0/24, but it doesn't seem to route correctly. When I try to access cluster.example.com:3306, it results in infinite loading.
