Domain on another account
I've submitted a few support tickets on this matter, but no response. Our client has their domain name on another Cloudflare account that is owned by an agency that has gone bust. We have no way of gaining access to that account, but need to transfer it to our agency account. We want it on the Pro plan, but we are not receiving any help. Anyone able to assist please?

Does it throw an error if you try to add it to your agency account?
Yes, I do!
We did have one response that said there was unpaid bills, but we offered to pay for that
So just to confirm, that error appears to mean that you were successful in moving the domain, just not updating it. Is that correct?
It's looped back to being in "setup", so I can't apply a plan to it, not even the free plan.
I would just wait for a response from Billing on this one then
Although, we've been asking for help on this for 3 plus weeks
And the client is having to pay extra costs because of the delay, so we're getting a little frustrated with the lack of support
