Is winexp bannable if so how do i uninstall, i installed win exp bc a tutorial on yt i have not used it because i am scared is banned

not sure tho
im pretty sure winxp isnt bannable UNLESS your physically playing on a LAN tournament, like VCT or something like that.
it is bannable, people claim to have been banned for it
