They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction.

:ajshrug: i dont know how vanguard works, since the support wont tell you what is and what isnt bannable.
people claim they got banned for using winexp (and other programs), while others used it for years without being banned
use it at your own risk if you think it is worth a perma account ban + 4 months HWID ban

think the game makes it pretty obvious that they dont want true stretched res (not available thru the game)
if that doesnt tell you its not allowed idk what does
they had to go out of their way to alter how stretch res works in the game
also “cheating” is defined by riot as an unfair advantage and youre making the enemies heads bigger
