There are no energy blades in the Craft.

I have been enjoying this game immensely. Recently, a new weapon was updated, and I have made many attempts to acquire it. I have spent 4 days AFK on the server and purchased 30+ Robux boxes. However, after being AFK for 4 days, I noticed that the Energy Blade no longer appears in either the Robux random draw or the Credit random draw.
I believe I have obtained the weapon while I was AFK, but for some unknown reason, it does not appear in my inventory. As a result, the random boxes are not providing it anymore since it is considered already acquired.
Could you please look into this issue?

As you can see in the video, you can see that there is no Energy Blade in the draw list.

I kinda have the same problem I got it from afk rewards and I claimed it but It is still locked
