all of resolutions are 60-75hz when i have a 144hz monitor
after something happened to my computer all of my resolutions on valorant went from 144hz all the way down to 60hz and i cant play the res that i wanna play. and when i try to make a custom resolution through nvidia control panel that doesnt work either. I dont really know what to do or WHY this happened.

What resolution are you trying to use?
Because 1920x1080 is there with the 144hz
i use stretched res
im trying to use something like 1280x960
but look
its only showing 60hz
Thats 1680x1050 btw
oh yea i know but in general its STUCK at 60hz
But you can set your refresh rate within windows

For your res
In display settings
Go to display settings -> Advanced Display
For refresh rate

but like its all different resolution when i try to do soemthing

but i want a different resolution and its there
but its 60hz and not 144
